For the users of the apps published under Xoda Pty Ltd, they can take the following steps to request for their account on Xoda to be deleted:

1. Email support@xoda.com and mention the email address used to log into the Xoda mobile app. Please also state which fitness business the user was using Xoda platform for and state in writing their requirement to have their Xoda account deleted.
2. When fulfilling such a request, we would delete the user’s contact data, payment method data but retain their transactional data with the fitness business such as their purchase records and facility/session attendance records for up to 7 years.
